"Booked for my teenage stepson and his best friend for their first time abroad alone. All communications with Nathalie were swift and concise. The apartment was even nicer than expected from the photos, spacious, modern and very clean. The young men were very happy with the location as well, lots of bars and cafes in the area, and have asked if they can return in Spring next year. Good value for money as well."

"Despite being on the first floor, you are not disappointed: you can still enjoy the view of the beach and the proximity of restaurants and bars didn't create too much noise If you open the windows, you'll get a very nice breeze, enough to avoid using A/C if that's your thing. Two odd things: only one (1) shower for a room that sleeps 7 and parking, while plentiful, you have to pay an extra nightly."

"Good place to stay, near to the centre, but far enough away not to be bothered by all the noise from the strip.WiFi is available,but what they don't state in the advert is that it will cost you 20 euro to use it We didn't use it.Only other bad point, which is not the hosts fault, is that the lifts are shockingly bad.There are 3 in total and 2 only work, but you have to wait an eternity sometimes before one lands on your floor.Apart from that, very happy with our stay.The apartment could do with...

"Beautiful views from the great sized balcony, beds were comfy but storage space for clothing etc. was poor.The pool was a great size and there was plenty of sunbathing space.The location was perfect for us as it was close to a good supermarket and a five minute walk to the beach and bars."

"Había reservado un apartamento con salón y una habitación aparte lo que aparecía en la foto y en la discusión, pero recibí una habitación no el la planta que me ponía la oferta si no en otra planta …. Me ofrecieron devolver el dinero eso sí pero a era tarde para buscar otra cosas , me devolvieron 30 euros por no recibir lo que me habían ofrecido pero igual no es lo justo !!!! "Perefectly clean room and artistically decorated. The amenities are excellently provided like fresh & clean towels everyday & toiletries. Very clean beddings which are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast were so good with variety of selections that fills us up to the brim! And most especially the staff are very welcoming, nice amd helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. The hotel is superbly well located. Andvwe had a room with the full view of the beach. The lady staff(reception) was very helpful in giving us advice and suggestions in our activity for the day. If it's not for her we were not able to get our activities fulfilled with so much satisfaction with her very helpful advise. And of course, Yordan has given us a huge help in sorting out our pre-booked airport transport by patiently calling for us with lots of connections & long process. He has lifted a great stress from me. And he just pleasurely gave us a big friendly smile when he managed to sort it out. Muchos gracias Casual pop art hotel. It was a great & pleasureable stay. We enjoyed Benidorm a lot! 😊 "
