"We had a great stay. Rooms a huge and spotless. Pool and area was great. The food was amazing! "

"The room I booked didn't have a beach view as those rooms are more expensive. I came for one night as visiting a friend who lives nearby. We came by car and used the hotel parking. However I was not warned that we had to pay for parking. We checked out of the hotel at 10.30 athough could have stayed until 12pm. This was because we wanted to explore Benidorm and have lunch and collect the car about 2.30pm. We returned to collect the car and was annoyed to find that we had to pay €25 for parking even though the car park was virtually empty ! It seems this was because we collected the car late even though we had explained our plans to the hotel and had vacated the room at 10.30am."
