"Looking at the hotel.com website it was not clear I would be stopping in a mobile home, not happy. I also booked this location specifically for a night out at a favourite night spot in Benidorm 'Benidorm Palace'. Because my Mum is registered disabled we decided to drive the car up to the reception area, and then got a taxi into Benidorm. The show at the Palace didn't finish until 1.30AM. "Getting to the hotel was terrible. Directions were not correct. Once arrived, there is are no clear indicators of where to park to check in or how to navigate arrival.
