In general the rooms and hotel areas were clean and tidy.
Only let downs… there was a tuft of hair on the ground by the pool and was still there the next morning so unsure how thorough the cleaning is there… and the drains… clearly an issue there as our room was pretty foul smelling. Went to reception on 2 occasions and they did send someone up so we really did appreciate the effort. Unfortunately...
