"Spectacular stay! The room was very spacious and squeaky clean. The pool is the obvious best feature and provides a little oasis from the busy spots. Staff was really helpful even when I asked to book a shuttle last minute to the airport — they had it sorted by 8am. Breakfast is quite extensive and fresh. If I ever find myself back in Santorini, I’ll be here."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and a lovely atmosphere. The location was perfect, and the views were simply breathtaking. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a hotel I would happily return to and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable experience"

"The place was absolutely stunning, indeed felt like being in castle. It was close by to the main city center but those with mobility issues should be warned that it is very hilly. The whole staff went above and beyond, helped us switch rooms for a better view and was very helpful and kind. An example is the bellhop, Lucian. The pool was great, very clean with a great view. Additionally, there were a multitude of options to choose from at breakfast, with a great open seating space."

"Having a room built into a cave was interesting. But we really enjoyed the room and hotel. You have to be able to go up and down many steps to get anywhere, but I guess that is expected of Santorini. The location is amazing and we enjoyed seeing the sunset from almost anywhere rather than going to crowded Oia. The restaurants and shops close by are also quite nice and you don’t have to go far if you want to enjoy an evening walk. Internet was kind of inconsistent, and we had trouble with the clothes iron which was not resolved during our stay. Otherwise, the staff are very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay very much."
