"Awesome time"

"The cottage was perfect for our stay and exactly as listed. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to the many restaurants on Main Street. It’s only about a 50 minute drive to the wineries on the North Fork. Check in was easy and smooth and great communication from the owner. The cottage is located in a beautiful backyard that we were also able to enjoy. Would definitely rent again for a future trip."

"You have the opportunity to attend a graduation party at the Hamptons, where everyone had to find their own accommodations. The location is essentially located to town to the water and beautiful scenic paths. The host insured that the home was exceptionally clean and amenities provided. Not to mention accommodating due to last-minute change in schedule."

"Cottage is very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and in natural surroundings. Be prepared for spotty reception (screenshot access code) but WiFi is excellent in home, so is the TV/music system. Over all, excellent value and great accommodations in a beautiful spot. Only needed it for the weekend, but would book as a destination for some peace and quiet."

"The home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, very very clean, great beds and linens, roomier than expected. The only issue was not with the house, but with the management company. They gave the wrong code to enter and we had to wait for the on site manager to give us the code. The next day they gave the wrong for bike locks and we once again had to wait for the manager to come to fix the issue. Having updated and correct information provided should be high on Vacasa’s priority...

The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information...

"The property was misrepresented and unsafe. My parents didnt stay with us due to conditions of the property. We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on. I expect a full refund from VRBO....I am a frequent client of VRBO and this was not acceptable. Please advise how to go about obtaining a full refund or I will...

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"
