"Superbe villa, idéalement placé, à 5min à pied des plages de Kapparis Beach et celle de Armyropigado Beach. 5min à pied d'un supermarket sur l'avenue principale. Quartier (Lotissement) calme. Nombreux restaurants à Kapparis facilement accessible à pied.La villa est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La piscine très propre, très agréable.3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 wc à l'étage.Rien à redire, c'était parfait !Peter est très réactif et donne de précieuses informations. Merci à lui !.Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants)Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour.Rare de mettre un 10/10, mais là il n'y a pas le choix.S'il fallait rajouter quelques choses: Adaptateur prise pour recharge portable. (Français). On en avait qu'un seul...Quelques bouées pour les enfants."

"This property has so much potential. It’s in one of the best locations with everything at your fingertips - beach, restaurants, bars all within a few minutes walk. The sea view from the pool area is just stunning. The property was clean and the hosts ‘My Exclusive Villas’ were excellent. It is an expensive villa and you are paying for location and view. It’s spacious with 5 bedrooms and you have your privacy with all rooms being en- suite. However it is in no shape or form a luxury villa which we expected for the price. The inside is tired, it has old furniture which is worn and scratched. An old cooker which has seen better days. Small lumpy pillows, a dirty unusable BBQ. Grass area where the sun loungers are isn’t kept well and the grass is jaggy and difficult to walk on. No parasols so you can’t get shade lying on a sun lounger. You need to move to the terrace. Small things like that which is such a pity.We loved our holiday though and would definitely use ‘My Exclusive Villas’ again as they were excellent. They responded quickly to any issues we had. Overall, it’s a big villa with a great view but very run down and in need of a complete overhaul outside and inside."

"Nice place but the villa just needs a little TLC, no T towels, most of the outside chairs ripped and the paint had worn off the tables, just a bit unsightly but good location and definitely needs more outside lighting to the BBQ area."
