"The villa, the location and the service were absolutely great. Our only issue was with cockroaches. They were all around the house. In the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room... Every day we killed about a dozen of them and that was really disgusting. We reported that to George and he said he sent a fumigator, but that didn't help much. Would stay with you again without doubt. Best regards, Gabriel"

"Everything from start to finish was wonderful. We received a video showing exactly how to get to the villa a few days before hand, along with keysafe instructions. So although we arrived in the dark it was easy to find. The villa was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. I had a couple of questions whilst there, which were answered and dealt with very quickly. The pool and outside furniture were clean and plentiful. The tv was amazing haven't come across anything like it before in Cyprus. You can choose your country and it pucks up all the stations for that country. This was great for evenings we wanted to stay in. Could not recommend this villa and La Mer Homes enough."

"We had an enjoyable 4 nights at Sunrise Villa. The location close to the beach is fantastic, and a lovely beach too. Loved the local beach bar where we had drinks as well as a delicious meal out. The staff were great! There was little communication from the host before our stay and no information in the villa. However when we had a problem with the TV it was dealt with quickly. The villa it’s self needs some tlc- bit outdated, couldn’t flush loo roll down the toilet, and limited crockery but the beds were comfy, air con effective and the WiFi was very good. A good spot for a few days, mainly due to the location. "
