"We arrived fairlly late at night off a delayed flight so were glad to have acc oomodation. however, I didnt get the impression that the room had been freshly cleaned or checked before our arrival. There was a proliferation of dead insects (beetles of some description) on the floor on in the bathroom. There was also a large clump of someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. The towels were stained and not thick and luxurious as one would expect of a property with an "exceptional" rating. It certainly did not live up to its rating. That being said, the ebd was comfortable and breakfast was good. "
