"Air didn’t work in the room but they come to cool it off once we called them. The bedroom tv did not work. Beds were comfy. Fold out couch very lumpy. Breakfast was great!! Loved the close proximity to the ballpark. It was a nice walk and beautiful city!!"

"Stayed 2 days the room booked here was not honored. Was told the room doesn’t equal the same. When I booked a suite. The told me the rooms equals to a king handicap room.Was given a double bed room because apparently there were no suites available.The last day I was there the house keeper invaded our room twice at 8am and 10am l. Knocking on the door and walking into the room. My family and I definitely uncomfortable. When we were leaving asked her name and the name she gave me the front desk lady said she didn’t know her…said she would have the manager call me to accommodate my experience but never received a call. 14 dollars a day for parking. And the parking deck is nasty. Trash and what looked to be old parts to the hotel In the parking desk. Definitely will not be booking here ever again. "
