"Customer service is the worst"

"I had a wonderful two week stay in April 2026. The Las Sirenas room was large, always clean and well-equipped although I couldn't make the safe work. The wi-fi in the room was good, the TV had quite a few channels in English, but the channel with the hockey games was constantly freezing. Not there to watch TV anyway. AC worked well and was much appreciated. The high temps all 14 days were either 28 or 29 and the overnight 'lows' either 27 or 28 !! The pools are warm and nearly always empty as everyone is at the beach. And what a beach ! Soft on the feet sand all the way out until you're floating. The buffet was good with theme nights, some better than others. Fresh made to order omelets every morning were excellent especially when made by the guy with the small beard. The a la cartes were awesome, beach club surf and turf was the best steak I've had in Latin America ! The drinks were always freshly made and served quickly. It may be that April is not their peak season, it seemed as though the hotel wasn't full so there was lots of staff, lots of food and seats in the buffet, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Disappointments The hotel has private events that close areas of the resort and go on, at high volume, until quite late. The wedding went until 1 am. The hotel sells day passes to people on cruise ships in the harbor. They fill up a section of the beach squeezing the hotel guests into the remaining area."

"Our room did not meet our expectations at all. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet seat was loose, and the mirror was crooked. The bathroom floor also had visible cracks, and even the door was damaged. Overall, the condition of the room felt poorly maintained and disappointing."

"If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."

"It's got all the things you want with a reliable all-inclusive - clean rooms, good design, great food, beach access, organized activities - with a small, family-owned feel. The food felt home-cooked and the dining area felt intimate enough to recognize other folks staying, but the rooms were spread out enough to have your own little getaway. "

"What a great spot! I have stayed at several places in Roatan and this is by far one of the best! Super clean! The staff is super attentive and super friendly! Never once did they make me feel like me and my partners were unwanted! Such a lovely spot and super private! 10/10 would recommend!"
