"Loved our room. We ask for a king which they didn’t have so they gave us two queen beds in a suite overlooking the canal which had boats. Kitchen area, living room, bedroom. Couch had a pull out bed. Huge bathroom and closet space was a walk in closet. So yes we were very happy with our room. Free wi-fi. We did find some stores and eateries close by. Within walking distance. "

"The property seems brand new. Super clean and well mantained. Fully stocked kitchen with all the sppliances you may need, washer & dryer, dish washing machine, fridge, stove, etc. One block from Miami Workd Center. We walked to a Miami Heat game. "

"Great place to stay in Miami if you want to get away from the South beach noisy hen and stag groups. Downtown Brickell has some cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel is central and the buffet breakfast is quite good and there are healthy options which I like. Sometimes buffets in America just have things like muffins and cheap cereals. Here I could have some porridge/oatmeal with some seeds. Followed by a nice Greek yoghurt with granola and honey. And some scrambled egg with home fried potatoes and peppers with wheat toast for $36. "

"Nice bed linens and towels. "Modern" means no towel pegs or bars. No USB plugs . TV service went out 10 minutes into movie. Good place to crash for the night but needs a few more room amenities. Many local shops and Bayside Marketplace close by."

"The room was in poor condition. No linen or toiletries. The room also had a smell to it. The pool was out of service but was told prior to arrival called to verify it was open, was told yes but obviously they lied. When asking for towels to shower was told someone would bring them up. An hour went by with nothing. Went back to the desk and was told again someone would be up. Went to CVS to purchase my own bathroom needs to shower. For the amount of money this hotel is charging I expected it to be decent. "
