" The hotel itself was really nice and in a great location if you want to be close to popular spots in Brickell. However, the experience was kind of ruined by the staff. The people working at the pool were rude, and the staff at the restaurant on the pool level were the same way. Also, if you’re planning to wear a cute or fashionable outfit, be careful.. they might not even let you in. They definitely gave off a “better than everyone” vibe, which wasn’t it at all."

"Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I was charged a late check out fee when I was told it was complimentary when I asked if I can check out at noon the night prior and a drunk guy at the jacuzzi was telling my 12 year old niece to get with an 8 year old that was also at the jacuzzi. I've been calling since Sunday to get a manager to call me back regarding a refund and it's Thursday today and have not received a call. "

"Stay was wonderful. This was the 1st visit to this hotel and we will be back. Went to see a Miami Heat game and could not be more convenient. Loved using the iPad for lights,shades,tv. Breakfast buffet was great. Room a little small but we made it work. "

"This is a low budget hotel that looks nice in the outside hut for sure NOT worth the money. Although it was a one night stay for the port, it was the most uncomfortable “dorm” room I’ve ever slept in. Pillows are horrible and they don’t give you more if you request. Every time the toilet flushes the water was so loud. It sounded like it was flooding the room and the water wasn’t being flushed by our toilet. It was another horrible hotel."
