"We always love to stay at the Drury Inn when we come into town. The staff are always exceptional, rooms are top notch and super clean, breakfast was above board with hot pancakes to order and pool/hot tub were maintained and clean smelling like chlorine. It’s not a choice we even think about when visiting Charlotte. Drury will always be our top pick."

"I had a major issue when checking in because my reservation had been canceled. The manager was soooo kind and helpful. He was able to help us out and made sure we were taken care of. He checked in with us several times throughout our stay to make sure we were well. The hotel was very nice with huge rooms. It was quiet, good breakfast, nice bar. The valet parking was mandatory and kind of expensive and off site so it took a bit. But we left insulin in the car and the valet went to get it for us. Great place to stay. Very walkable to the spectrum center"
