"The bedroom was okay, while the en suite bathroom was very nice. However, the bar/restaurant being closed on two of the three nights there was a disappointment."

"Reception, lu”lounge and bar area give an impression of a quality hotel. Unfortunately the bedrooms and food do not match up. Some serious money needs spending on the rooms and the catering for functions needs a good look at too. We left very disappointed "

"The room was dated, pillows awful and bed was not comfortable. I doubt I would stay again as the price did not reflect in the room standard. We attended a Wedding which was faultless, staff were fantastic and food excellent, shame about the room. "

"Great start to the stay with excellent welcome from all at the front desk. Bags whisked up to the room while I was still checking in. Chaps at the door always had a smile and a welcome greeting. Room was tight but well maintained with a good view towards the golf course. bar was busy but efficient and I thought the food served there was very good."
