First time stay in Fisher!

I've stayed at many places in the Hill Country and this location was perfect. The view is absolutely amazing!! The property was stocked with everything you would expect and a lot more you wouldn't expect! The kitchen was great! I definitely be back again!!!

A Perfect Hill Country Escape

Our stay at Eleven Eleven Ranch was nothing short of delightful! So many special details and unexpected extras, like beautiful fresh flowers on the table, to a lovely charcuterie plate specially prepared for us in the spotlessly clean fridge, we felt like we were warmly welcomed and can't say enough about the beautiful casita and property. We were mesmerized by the birdwatching. The view of the Wimberly Valley is unmatched, and the perfect temperature hot tub was a real treat. And the location was ideal. We ventured to Wimberly one day, Gruene another day, and always looked forward to going "home" at the end of the day, to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is so well equipped it was like cooking at home. Thank you Sandie and George for your hospitality.

Hill Country Getaway!

We enjoyed our staff in this paradise in the Texas Hill Country. It was a very cute guesthouse with everything that you would need. It was close to great spots like Wimberly, Canyon Lake, and Blanco. I would recommend this place for sure! We loved it!

Spectacular House and Views

The house was spotless and the back patio views of the hill country were spectacular. The location of the property made it easy for us to get to our day adventures. Truly one of the best houses out there!

The perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time at the guesthouse. The house is immaculate, the views are spectacular and the location is very convenient. The house has everything you could wish for in a vacation home. AMAZING VIEWS! Relaxing, tranquil and refreshing.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was far superior to the other places we have stayed in the Hill Country. The view was a nice surprise! The house is gorgeous inside and out. Watching the wildlife from the back porch while enjoying coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The hot tub and lounging chairs were a relaxing way to end each evening. The owners, George and Sandie, really thought of everything and if you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed. When we come to the Hill Country again we will definitely stay here!!

Great Birthday Getaway!

I stayed at the property for my 47th birthday and used it as a basecamp for many hill country day trips. My stay was wonderful and I can't explain how great it was to enjoy the hot tub each night under the stars with the hill country out in front of you. I also enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and would enjoy the birds hitting the feeders or the deer that were constantly grazing the land behind the property. The personal touches and stuff that are stocked in the rental were great and meant I didn't have to rush to the store just to enjoy some morning coffee. Most appreciated. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone who asks me about it.

Fantastic Property

Everything about this rental was perfection. We needed a quiet and low-key weekend and this home provided the perfect setting. No detail was forgotten. I brought some kitchen supplies because you never know what will be waiting for you when you rent a home. I didn’t have to take anything of mine out of my bags. The size of the home is perfect for two people. Being able to see the stars from the beautiful and clean her tub was my favorite part of the weekend. We will definitely want to return to this lovely home.

A little piece of Heaven

My husband and I came and stayed a long weekend for my birthday and our anniversary. I was a little concerned with how close the main house and the casita is, but it absolutely was no problem. It was so quiet and peaceful the whole time we stayed. We could tell that the owners were giving us our privacy, which was appreciated. My husband and I loved sitting outside enjoying the views, the wildlife, and the stars at night. We especially enjoyed watching the playful hummingbirds and the deer. This place is a little piece of Heaven here on Earth. It’s beautiful inside and out. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time making it perfect. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Property is close to perfect. Management company... not so much.

This place is GREAT. The layout, decor, location, all ACES. Only once before have we stayed at a place this good. The kitchen has all the tools, all the condiments, etc. You don't have to pack ANY of the kitchen goodies you normally would. The furniture is stylish and well coordinated. Such a comfortable place to stay. The back porch is comfy and looking out over the hill country while enjoying a glass of wine is so relaxing. My wife and I do a romantic weekend in the hill country every year for our anniversary and sometimes we sneak in a weekend at other times too. The wife likes to try new places, so we don't repeat any of the places we stay... BUT. We will be back. Our stay here was memorable and keeps coming up in conversation. There was one problem though... When choosing a romantic getaway there is always ONE thing that a property MUST have for me.. a hot tub. For weeks before our stay I kept thinking of relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine and stars overhead. Problem is the hot tub was COLD even though the temperature was set to 102. Since this was a weekend (Friday evening through Sunday morning) the management office was closed, but the answering machine assured me of a call back. The call back never came. Words can't express my disappointment or frustration. We still had a great time with Netflix and chill, but this weekend could have been PERFECT. In conclusion, this place is as close to perfect as I could ever ask for. I was truly blown away by the quality of this place. If it had a working hot tub or a responsive management company it would be 5 stars plus!

A truly amazing property! Check in was very easy and the house itself was beautiful. Great Stay

This was our 3rd stay at the Eleven Eleven Ranch and it was just as fabulous as the previous visits. Despite the frigid temps we were warm and toasty inside the luxurious cottage and in the hot tub. The kitchen facilities are excellent and well equipped. Everything was provided for us - even laundry soap. We frequent vacation rentals 2-3 times a year and this is our favorite! One suggestion: if you don't like using Keurig coffee pods, I suggest bringing your own French press, theirs is very small (one cup).

Couples Retreat

This property! Just wow! All the things you could possibly need and tons of little touches to make it special. We were fortunate to stay on NYD and the Christmas decor around the house made it feel so cozy and romantic. I have been looking at this property for a while and so glad we were finally able to lock it down for our anniversary. The unplug we did from work to just sit and enjoy the hot-tub and scenery was a real reset. Appreciate the owners taking the time to make it a very nice stay.

Quiet, comfortable, peaceful retreat

This was our second stay at the 1111 ranch and we have loved it both times. The guest home is tasteful decorated, comfortable and spotless. The view is stunning, the property peaceful. It is an excellent place to step away from the business of normal life, stop and smell the wildflowers, watch the deer, and slow down. We will stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing!

Eleven Eleven Ranch was the perfect get away. The views are breathtaking. George and Sandie’s home is decorated very nicely, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Nice touches including wine, candy, bottled water, and local pastry really added to the experience. At night you could see so many stars. We will definitely stay again!
