Hotel Amalfi

"This hotel cost approximately $400 more than the one we had originally booked up in the hills of Furore, but it was worth every single penny! The location was unbeatable—within easy walking distance of the ferries, buses, taxis, excellent restaurants, and wonderful shops. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic! Unlike every other hotel we stayed at in Italy, we were actually able to keep our room cold throughout the night. Breakfast was delicious, and the attentive staff offered us freshly made cappuccinos every morning. After this experience, I would never stay up in the mountains just to save money. Any savings would quickly be spent on taxis going back and forth. Staying here made everything so easy and enjoyable. The convenience, comfort, cleanliness, and wonderful service made it absolutely worth the extra cost. I would happily stay in Hotel Almafi again!"

"Perfect location! Many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Also, it’s located next to beach which is a bonus. But, beach is not free so prepare to pay a lot per day to use beach. Rooms clean and staff friendly. Free breakfast was a plus."

"An absolutely idyllic hotel overlooking the water in the smallest town in Italy, just a stone’s throw from Amalfi. The setting is breathtaking, peaceful, and feels like a true hidden gem. What made our stay especially memorable was Carlo. His service was impeccable—warm, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like hotel guests and more like we were welcomed into someone’s home. This beautiful little hotel has a warmth and authenticity that is hard to find. We left feeling like we had found a little home on the Amalfi Coast. We cannot wait to return!"

"All the staff are great. Simona and Linda are really fantastic and helpful. I was given an upgrade because it was my second time there, however, I found the room to be smaller than the first time. The balcony was the only thing that was bigger. But everything was clean and well taken care of."

"Our two-night stay at Miramare was absolutely wonderful. Located in Positano, the hotel offers some of the most breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. Waking up to such an incredible panorama was truly unforgettable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and it was the ideal place to experience the beauty of Positano. Highly recommended!"

"Another amazing stay in Amalfi and our second at Hotel Miramalfi. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Upon checking in they updated our room to a stunning Suite with two bathrooms and a living room area. The on-site dining options are amazing. We really enjoyed the Azur Lounge and apertivo hour at the Mario Lobby Bar. Donna Emma had a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning. Highlights were the spectacular cliffside beach club & pool, made even more perfect by the incredible staff. They went completely above and beyond to anticipate our every need, ensuring we had the best sunbeds, fresh towels, and seamless service all day long. The hotel offered convenient shuttles into town, and the flawless care from the entire team made our trip unforgettable. We cannot wait for our next trip and return to this piece of paradise!"
Hotel Tramonto d'Oro

"Excellent location for visiting the wider Amalfi coast. The hotel is actually in San Gennaro near Praiano. San Gennaro was a lovely village/town with excellent restaurants and bus service. The hotel has wonderful views of the Amalfi coast to Positano and as far as Capri in the distance. We highly recommend booking a table for dinner on the hotel balcony, both for the view as well as the quality of the food. The rooftop pool area was a delight following a day visiting/touring the coastal towns. I cannot compliment the hotel staff highly enough for the level of service and their cheerful attitude, which is a credit to the hotel owners who themselves were equally helpful. We booked a room without a balcony which was clean (always a priority) and perfectly functional - the rooftop area more than compensated for the lack of view from the room"
