Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. "Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it. The home owners were very apologetic (no-one's fault) and did all they could...
