The Stirling Highland Hotel

"Enjoyed our stay as it was conveniently situated. Some aspects of the hotel were tired and needed some attention such as the bathroom in the bedroom and the gym. Lighting was poor in the bedroom and the bed (2 x singles put together) was lopsided. Staff were friendly. The bar was quite cold so we took our drinks down to the reception area which had comfy chairs and was warmer. Needed to pay £10 a day parking as I’d booked through a third party rather than directly with the hotel. Overall however, none of these things would put me off staying here again."

"Nice location if you have a car. Parking is free and there's plenty of space. Edinburgh airport and city, the bridges and the Kelpies are a short drive away. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is good. There is a pub and a restaurant on site, and the food is good. A petrol station with a convenience store is just around the corner. On the downside, some rooms are difficult to reach with heavy luggage (up several flights of stairs in narrow corridors), and the wifi signal is very weak there. Nevertheless, it's great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here while attending mother's funeral, and to be near to father. Good location being in the business park. Food good with very helpful staff, who were sometimes rushed due to staffing levels."

"Brilliant staff hotel and restaurant clean room a little drafty in the night would benefit from smart tv, food in restaurant is beautiful"
