"We enjoyed our stay and if ever back in Kentucky would book again. It is extremely convenient for Bardstown distilleries and pretty close to Louisville. Very quiet and relaxing property with plenty of privacy. There are two things I would point out: 1. It is a haul to the Frankfort/Lexington distilleries. If that is your plan you might want to book elsewhere. 2. The bathroom is tiny, and I mean tiny. If you are on the larger side you may have some issues."

"House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We cannot say enough about the sunroom on the back of the house overlooking the river. We sat out there and read every day, did a puzzle out there, and ate our meals out there. View is fantastic and so relaxing. Be careful driving near the house in the evening and a night -- lots of deer in the area. It was an easy drive along the river to get into Louisville and only about 20 minutes away. Grocery store was very close by....
