"Good size room and recently renovated. Parking outside our room was very convenient. Tea, coffee, cereal and milk were great."

"The room was exceptionally roomy and very clean. The room service daily was unexpected, so all good. The hotel staff were so good. Anything asked they would do their best. Food ion the pub exceptional great variety of beers and wine available. I would like to see Reschs Beer on tap. No pub in Bowral now has it. Witch is disappointing. one thing that was not good was that the 40 inch Samsung TV did not work well at all. It would not turn on and off properly and would just turn on in the middle of the night. We personally have Samsung Smart TVs so I thought it was the remote so I charged it. But no, it still was playing up. I think it needs to be replaced. A little dissapointed that when we reported the TV issue on check out it was bit dismissive. Anyway thought for next time not room 17"

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from check-in to departure. The location was convenient, close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend Quest Nowra to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The driveway is full of potholes. Neither it nor the carpark are paved. It's Dirt and some roadbase. The marked parking spaces are so tight. Don't bring a nice car or wear good shoes! The entrance to the reception is up a flight of stairs with no signage to indicate that they have disability access or ramps. To find this, you have to walk around and discover the sign for the disabled entrance yourself or be told where it is once you've made it up the stairs to reception. There are no lifts even though the hotel is over 3 floors. I know it's an old building, but a lift can be installed. The reception staff were helpful, however, and carried my bags. The room was nice, but I was awoken by a high pitched noise coming from the fridge, every time the compressor switched on, which I eventually unplugged from the wall, just so I could sleep. The bottom of the vanity unit was held together with gaffer tape. The bathrooms near reception reminded me of my primary school toilets (from 40 years ago!). They need redoing completely. Buffet breakfast is pretty ordinary. There's a lovely lounge area in which to relax by the fireplace with plenty of seating. I won't be back."
