"Christian and all the staff were really nice, courteous, caring, kind & hospitable. We were worried about the "wooden plank" and river comments in a few reviews. While it should be properly fixed, there was really no issue. We stayed on the top floor and we are tall so I will have to say don't stay on the top floor if you're tall! "My friend and I traveled in Sicily for two weeks and stayed at VRBO properties. Furio was a wonderful host. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the end of our stay. Going over and above what’s required! It was our favorite stay. The apartment is beautiful. Stylish roomy, and comfortable. And a great location. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and hope to be able to return."

"magenta company overcharged 50 euros because they said we did not pay for 4 guests, which we did in VRBO. shower broken, water heater broken, only one light working in each room, washing machine broken, front door of building did not close and it has to be closed with a rock! very unsafe! building smell like cat pee, poorly equipped kitchen, no assistance in check in. "Correspond à la description. Propre, bel environnement , face à la mer. Près de l'Etna et des villes touristiques de l'est de l'île. Superbe piscine, située dans un grand jardin entouré de palmiers. Dommage qu'elle ne corresponde pas à la photo du site (c'est celle des propriétaires), . Seul bémol : notre arrivée après 21 h (retard d'avion) a été facturée 30 € pour nous attendre alors que personne n'était là et que la clef était sur la porte. A savoir : ils ne parlent qu'italien, merci Google."

"Traumhaft schön gelegene Unterkunft. Elena die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus aber man kann in Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen, weiß aber das immer jemand da ist wenn man etwas braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 Sonnenterrassen und traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Einzig der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist nicht so ganz einfach da die Straße die dort hinführt sehr sehr schmal ist. Wir hatten den aktuellen Opel Corsa als Mietwagen und links und rechts zu den Wänden nur...

"l'appartamento è ben posizionato, con una vista incantevole sulla scogliera di Catania. Accoglienza ottima, pulizia estrema, biancheria candida e profumata, accuratezza dei particolari visto tutti i confort in dotazione, come si fosse in una casa propria. Non manca proprio niente! "Unser 14 tägiger Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Wohnung war auch bestens ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine ist im Bad! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Mario Korico war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. "We spent an idyllic week at Residence Terra Rossa in April. We found the landscaped gardens inside the gated property to be delightfully peaceful with beautiful views of the coast below. The manager was extremely helpful with directions and information ahead of our arrival, making our late evening arrival and self check-in very smooth and stress free.
