"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"By far the biggest advantage of this property is its location in the middle of the busy dining district of the old town. It is on a side miniature street, hence very quiet. The room we rented (Barbara) is quite large with a mini open-air balcony, a table and a couch. It would have been nice to have a second chair to be able to dine at the table, but this is a minor gripe. I did not give it top marks for the property condition because some of the furniture is a bit run down and some of the rooms...

"Super sauber und angenehme Kommunikation. Allerdings stinkt es unerträglich aus dem Bad nach Abfluss. Auch nach Bescheid geben konnte daran nichts geändert werden. Das Schlafzimmer war direkt am Bad und man konnte kaum angenehme schlafen. Und die Lautstärke von draußen ist richtig heftig. Unfassbar hellhörig an der Hauptstraße. Das Bett war auch sehr unbequem und die Matratze durchgelegen. Es war gut geputzt und es wurde immer sehr nett per whatsapp bei Fragen etc geantwortet. "

"GC14 is ‘basic’ in some ways and has minimal facilities (although rooms have the essentials) but it’s in a great location for exploring Palermo on foot or by bus and making day-trips elsewhere in Sicily. The very best thing about it is the young, friendly and efficient staff! They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful and they made us feel warmly welcome."

"Not for the overweight. Very narrow stairs and a shower cabinet opening of only 12 inches. No corkscrew or kettle. Guests are required to wash dishes before leaving and take out garbage despite having to pay a hefty cleaning fee.
