I will say that the young man at the front desk needs some additional training to serve in that position. He seems a bit overwhelmed. Good thing not many people arrived when we did. I cannot say enough how outstanding this resort and personnel truly are. Thank you for the best vacation ever!!!!!!!!!!!"
