"I mean, not terrible. Pictures made it look like it would be a little nicer. A little on the dingy/needs updating side. Walls paper thin and heard the room next doors entire conversation and they were talking normally. Breakfast was a mess but at least they had something for us and it was included. "

"The concierge staff is amazing. Quick and easy check in and check out. Fortunately was upgraded to a suite. The rooms are a little rough around the edges but modern appliances and decorations. Safe and perfect for solo travelers!"

"The rooms are very clean and nice, new sheets and furniture, the bathroom was nice and clean as well. However, the water in the shower was not very strong. Food during the breakfast was very limited, they were putting very little of everything, not enough for everyone and not refilling promptly, people were coming in for breakfast and almost everything was empty and leaving barely eating. "

"The room I rented was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. I confirmed this when I checked in, as it was necessary for my father. However, even though there were grab bars around the toilet and inside of the shower, there wasn't anything to hang on to outside of the shower. My 82 year old father fell getting out of the shower! I told the front desk attendant prior to our departure. She tried to tell me that the room next to our room was an accessible room, but our's was not. Then said she would call me after we left. I never received any calls from her, however."
