Living room and Primary Bedroom have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. King beds and TV’s in both bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, access to a beautiful swimming pool, outdoor grilling and easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, centrally located to the Daytona 500, St. Augustine, and visits with friends in NSB. Having the sunrise, waves, and ocean right outside the door was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.There are great mom-and-pop dining options within walking distance, and it’s just a short trip to the world-famous Funky Pelican at the Flagler Beach Pier. The hosts were more than accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

The cleanliness is top-notch! The view is nothing short of spectacular! This rental is our first ever where the hosts made us feel welcome and relaxed. They visited with us, found common ground, treated us as equals, and left a welcome gift on the counter. We will return as often as they will have us. This townhouse and its owners are wonderful. The location can’t be beat. It is close to everything. The hosts are very communicative and have literally thought of everything you could need from coffee makers, games, hangers and laundry baskets in the closets.

Perfect small town on the beach

This is our second stay at Greg and Robin’s lovely beach getaway. The unit had actually been updated since we stayed last 2 years ago, everything looked great. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the check in and check out process is completely stress free. The views are world class! The condo had everything we needed and then some. And I can’t say enough about the lovely Flagler Beach! The condo is literally right there in the middle of all of it. We highly recommend Next Door Bistro for dinner during your stay. Thanks again for a wonderful experience Greg and Robin!!

Awesome change in everyday life

All the “red tape” from reservation to checkout was concise, well organized and it made everything extremely easy and stress free. We especially enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean. The accommodations were perfect for my little family. What topped it off were our hosts. They made us feel very welcome and as a friend.

Aliki Condo - Greg and Robin Scott - May 2024

Very smooth transaction from beginning to end. Great location, especially for a relaxing beach vacation. No need to drive, everything we needed was in walking distance. Condo was clean and supplied with just about everything you would need. Greg and Robin were awesome as our hosts. We will be back someday.

Celebrated 27th Anniversary

What a wonderful stay in this amazing condo! The view was pure perfection and we spent the entire week staring at it from the downstairs balcony! The condo is a quick walk (less than a mile) into town and we even saw two Spacex launches! Just an amazing experience all the way around!

Lovely condo in Flagler Beach

We stayed at this sweet gem recently and was blown away by this place. The hosts were wonderful people starting by the welcome note and a bottle of wine. Which we enjoyed our first night. The views were breathtaking. The weather was as a little haphazard but it didn’t matter because we enjoyed the views so much. The town of Flagler Beach was wonderful. The people are so nice. True southern hospitality. We never met a cross person while we were there. I would recommend anyone to stay at this condo. You won’t regret it 💕

Fantastic beach condo

This condo was great. The layout worked well for our family with 2 small kids, and came with everything we needed. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and they even had beach chairs and toys in the closet.

Million dollar view

5 stars all around. Everything was great-property, neighbors, & beach. The condo was quiet and peaceful. Sunrises were great. The view is the best. Amenities were great in the home. Greg is a great host. Flagler Beach is one of our favorite places to go. We will be back! The best place we have stayed thru VRBO.

Everything was zen

The property was lovely. It was clean and well-stocked, and the views from the balcony were to die for. We really like Flagler Beach; it is the quintessential small town on the ocean. The owners made themselves readily available throughout our stay. The beach and the pool were both perfect. We will be back!

Amazing

The property was very clean. The location to the ocean is the best, especially waking up to the waves everyday. The owners were responsive to our texts messages and even checked in with us during a severe thunderstorm. I would recommend this property to everyone!
