"The staff was friendly and very helpful. I like that there’s no carpets in the room anymore. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I’d stay there again. also, I saw lots of dogs and cats that were staying there so that’s helpful for somebody that has pets. They are welcome."

"This place brings back memories of road trips I took as a kid in the 70s: it’s so tastefully retro! From the lobby with bikes and board games and the friendliest staff (and a local beer and water bottle welcome!), to the clean, bright, adorable room…no detail was spared. The space is easy to live in and the beds were super comfortable. I was overjoyed to walk out of the room in the morning to find complementary coffee outside by the restaurant! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the common spaces but this would be such a nice place to stay with a bigger group as there are picnic tables, a pool, hammocks, fire pits and outdoor games available. The only thing I would recommend is to get a second floor room if you are a light sleeper, as we could hear people walking above us until late in the night. Otherwise we had a perfect stay and would definitely return!"

"Check in a breeze. Cindi, the manager, is patient and helps everyone. Breakfast staff are constantly working to make breakfast as easy as possible in a clean environment. The pool and hottub were clean. Beds comfortable. My family chose this hotel for its ease to NAU and other area attractions."
