This house is the perfect location in Flagstaff whether you're doing some local sight-seeing or traveling to nearby must sees, such as the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, Jerome, or Williams. It's just a short walk to the main Downtown area of Flagstaff which boasts many bars, restaurants, art galleries and shopping. The home is located right off of Fort Valley Road (Highway 180), which is designated as the San Francisco Peaks Scenic Road. This will take you to the entrance of Snow Bowl Road in just 6 miles, so you don't have far to travel if you're looking to hike one of the many urban trails in the summer, take in the changing colors of the leaves in the fall, or ski/snowboard in the winter months. Keep going another 70 miles and you'll soon be at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, just about an hour and 20-minute drive.

First Family trip out west!

The house was well-maintained, clean and provided all the amenities we needed. It was perfectly located near shopping, restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood that provided the privacy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Perfect Location!

Me and my two friends enjoyed our time. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk downtown. Having a grocery store and gas station across the street is very helpful. The house is setup nicely and had everything we needed to cook a nice meal one night. Even though it is close to the road, we did not hear hardly any road noise the entire time. I had a side by side utv with me and the driveway was large enough for me to pull in and keep my trailer attached to my truck.I would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect for our 6 day stay: easy to get to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, Winslow, and we loved our home base of Flagstaff. We were on the road every day seeing the sights, but coming back to a clean and comfortable house to relax was great! Plenty of room for 3 adults with comfortable furniture and beds. Cozy home in awesome location

We so enjoyed our stay at Angie’s Flagstaff home! The house was very quiet and cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and plush bedding and towels. The location was super convenient, close to downtown and groceries while also being ideally situated on the route out of town to the Grand Canyon. Angie was a considerate host who communicated well. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and comfy as listed. Kitchen well equipped easy to cook and barbecue. Liked that we could walk to downtown and parks. Busy road on side of the house, kinda distracting in yard but could not hear it inside.

Flagstaff ski weekend

Great location to restaurants, supplies, and snowbowl/grand canyon access. House i s well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The Host ,Angie , was easy to to commnicate with any issues. This is my 2nd time at the house, plan on coming back. Highly recommend.

Flagstaff Vacation

This home is beautiful and comfortable. The location is also a great one. We were blessed with beautiful weather until our last day, but had a wonderful time in Flagstaff visiting the Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Angie our host was very nice. She communicated with us and provided information that was very helpful to us. She even made sure to tell us about a pair of headphones we forgot at the house and sent them to us. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you Angie for sharing your beautiful home with us.

What a great spot.

This house is fantastic. All the bedrooms were comfy and clean. Both bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It also has plenty of space. Another great feature was that the master was separate from the other bedrooms, which is nice. The grill looked nice, however we didn't use it. The kitchen is also well stocked. The house is on the corner of a semi busy street in a quant neighborhood. But is has a nice fence and we didn't even notice the cars going by at all. Angie was super communicative and very friendly. We are planning a Grand Canyon trip in 2026 and will be staying here again hopefully. We highly recommend this house!

Just perfect

The kitchen had everything in good quantity (dishwasher soap, salt, oil, pans...). The beds were comfortable. They provided extra blankets if needed. It is close to the road to go skiing... but absolutely soundproof. The quietest house I have ever been. Easy to check in, easy to check out. We had a great family time over there. You can even walk to the grocery store! The owner really wants you to have a great time there. We were spoiled.

Clean home

Very nice owner, clean house and fully stocked kitchen. House is on a corner and the 180 highway is right next to the house. Noisey outside at times. Inside is pretty quiet. If you do laundry, the detergent and softner they supply is very atrong fragrance. Some of us were allergic. We had to leave a day sooner. 😪
