We offer air conditioning which you are free to use when upstairs bedrooms can get warm during heat waves a few weeks per year. Winters often have deep snow conditions. Streets are plowed by the city but the steep driveway may not be accessible. The three primary bedrooms and movie room feature in floor radiant heat. Forced air and wood stove heating available to supplement the common areas. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed, neighborly etiquette and quiet hours after 9pm.
