"We stayed at The Betsy for two nights and overall had a wonderful experience.
Because of the FIFA World Cup festivities, Ocean Drive was closed, and it wasn’t clear how to reach the valet parking. We later found out that the valet had been temporarily moved to the back of the hotel, which made our arrival and check-in a bit chaotic.

"The place looks nothing like the pictures. It's old and dank. Needs updating. Staff is incompetent. I paid for the hotel thru expedia. The Hotel also charged me when I called to dispute the double charge the Staff member hung up on me . Chase bank was on the call with me as proof of the horrible service. Stay at your own risk"
