"Sylvaine and Patrick were generous and helpful hosts, Patrick helping me with a puncture and Sylvaine giving us home-made jam, garden tomatoes and eggs from her own chickens. During a heatwave, the interior was always cool and the pool was large, clean and indispensable after a day of adventures. It’s hard to imagine a lovelier gîte, or nicer people."

We were welcomed in by Birdie as if we were long family friends - Birdie had been extremely accommodating with our arrival times and delays etc. Birdie’s home was full of character, adorned with pictures of her family, with a fully stocked kitchen, games to play, and everything else we could need.
