Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Ambiente

Wir hatten diese Ferienwohnung für 5 Wochen über die Osterzeit gemietet. Aufgrund der vielen Fotos in der Anzeige hatten wir schon eine gute Vorstellung von dem Haus, aber als wir dann ankamen, waren wir doch sehr begeistert von dem Zustand, der Ausstattung und der Lage des Hauses. Es befindet sich auf einem Bergkamm in absolut ruhiger Lage und optimaler Sonnenausrichtung. Alle Schlafzimmer sind nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass man morgens - so man denn will - von der Sonne geweckt wird. Das Wohnzimmer ist nach Süden und Westen orientiert und mit 4 großen Fenster-Türen ausgesprochen hell. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten sind um einen großen, ausgesprochen gut ziehenden Kamin gruppiert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am meisten begeistert hat uns der Arbeitsplatz in der Küche, hinter der Arbeitsfläche mit Gasherd und Waschbecken öffnet sich der Blick über die gesamte Küchenlänge auf das grüne Tal mit vielen Bäumen.Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen, mit ausreichenden Liegemöbeln versehen und durch wöchentliche Pflege sehr gut gewartet. Hilfe vor Ort war immer und zu jeder Zeit vorhanden.Zusammengefasst können wir sagen, das dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen ist.Margret, Klaus, Heidi und Sandra

Bonne réactivité du propriétaire

Le propriétaire nous a proposé d'arriver plus tôt, la maison était prête, Merci à lui ! Mais nous avons vite déchanté car la maison n'était pas du tout accueillante : mauvaises odeurs, nettoyage mal fait, l'eau de la piscine pas belle, des nids de guêpes, ... Le propriétaire a très vite réagi et a fait le nécessaire pour qu'on puisse passer un bon séjour.

A beautiful property in a lovely setting

We had a great time overall. The property is gorgeous, and is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Check-in was clear, the property was clean and well-equipped. Lovely shady poolside terrace where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Great pool.The owner and his local agent were prompt to respond to any queries. Well-located to explore the region. We all had a great time.

Lovely but remote house

This is a lovely, comfortable, well-equipped house. We had trouble finding it . GPS got us to the street, but the numbering system was not clear. When we got there, the power was out because of a storm, and there was no internet. The owner was reached by phone and told us where the fuse box was located so we had power. However, it took four days to get internet.

Séjour très agréable

Rien ne manquait. Maison correspondant à l'annonce. Spacieuse et très agréable. Très bien équipée en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Espaces extérieurs et piscine très agréables également. Avons bien profité de notre séjour

Cosy french atmosphere

Very nice house with a big pool and close by many nice villages. We had the possibility to grill and to Play Ping pong. The house had four bedrooms and good space. In the negative we can say that there were wasps at the stairs in the pool and some at the terrace. I spoke to the owner about this and he was going to take care about it.

Séjour exceptionnel

La maison est encore plus agréable et confortable que ce que nous pouvions imaginer d’après les photos. La maison est hyper bien équipée, rien ne manque, tout est parfaitement fonctionnel, la grande cuisine est lumineuse et l’agencement est très pratique, reliée directement à une terrasse ombragée pour prendre les repas dans une ambiance agréable. Nous avons apprécié, tout particulièrement la grande piscine, les nombreux transats, la douche autour de la piscine, les grandes chambres, la décoration raffinée, les 3 belles salles de bain et le jardin doté de belles plantes et arbres fleuris tout autour du domaine. La maison se trouve à moins de 10 minutes en voiture du village pittoresque de Flayosc pour les achats alimentaires, les petits restaurants et les petits commerçes. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette maison pour passer des vacances exceptionnelles dans le Var, à moins d’une heure des Gorges du Verdon et de la mer (Sainte Maxime, Frejus, Saint Raphaël).

Belle maison de style provençal bien située

La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances réussies (piscine, climatisation dans les chambres, cuisine moderne, hi-fi, bbq, 2 vélos, table de ping pong, raquettes de plage). Nous aurions apprécié une literie plus ferme ainsi qu'un frigo plus grand. Pour qui désire visiter la région, la maison est idéalement située entre les parcs naturels et la côte d'azur.

Excellente prestation

La location était fidèle à la description : d'une très grande qualité. Calme absolu, maison très agréable à la décoration soignée, piscine grande et agréable avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour en profiter, propriétaire à l'écoute. S'il fallait néanmoins trouver un bémol, il y aurait le wifi défaillant, mais le propriétaire doit gérer cette difficulté, et l'eau qui commençait à verdir, mais le propriétaire a immédiatement réagi en envoyant quelqu'un, lequel a été efficace...Une maison que nous relouerions sans hésiter !

It was amazing - a dream house so well equipped and everything taken care of.

We just es loved the house and the settings were perfect. You really feel at home and you do not miss anything as it is there. So clean and you feel welcome right away. Love to come back. Also to mention that there great restaurants in Flayosc. The host was so polite and informative. Our best recommendation 👌🏼

Very comfortable, well located and cared for property.

We enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped and cared for house. The pool was lovely and everything worked very well with good contact from the owner. Perhaps my only and minor quibble is that the sofas were a bit worn and could do with an upgrade soon. Altogether a lovely stay in this well located and comfortable house. We loved going to the market in Salernes, lunch in Tourtour and Flayosc, seeing the Gorge de Verdon...lots to do!

Great rental for a family of five

Our family of 2 adults + three kids (11, 14 & 16 years of age) had a great 10 days in this house. Everything worked out as advertised or better. The house is very functional with a nice kitchen and space for social activities outdoors and indoors + a great pool. We would certainly recommend it for a relaxing vacation! Markets, shops and restaurants are a 10+ min drive away and there is a lot to discover and enjoy in the area. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. As we learned before we booked, the internet connection to the house is very, very slow. At times, it is not usable at all. 4G coverage is, however, sufficient in the area and inside the house. We are happy that we chose to rent this property and would definitely consider coming back again!

Nicht alles wie erwartet/versprochen!

Das Haus ist groß und bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen, jedoch es gibt nur 4 Liege am Pool (wurde in 2017 schon bemängelt und der Eigentümer hat versprochen, dass in Oktober 2017 4 zusätzliche Liege vorhanden sein würden.) Diese waren immer noch nicht da. Der Pool war die erste Tage nicht oder viel zu wenig beheizt, erst nach ein paar Tagen war das Wasser über 20°C. Der Gemeinschaftspool war unbenutzbar: völlig verdreckt/grün. WLAN ist immer noch sehr schwach, Bereich max. 6 meter von Router. Das Haus hat mit Sicherheit Scharm, aber auch viel überfällige Wartung. In den Badezimmer lagen überall noch benutzte Seifestucken herum, sowie alle Gegenstände von Eigentümer oder vorherige Mieter. Die Überdachung der Terrasse schützt im Fall von Regen nur 4 Personen. Außerdem gab es bei Ankunft schon eine Ameise-plage, besonders in der Küche.

Klasse Ferienhaus mit Niveau

Das sehr stilvolle und Provence-typische Ferienhaus bietet reichlich Platz und Komfort. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten in diesem Anwesen nichts zu vermissen. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool, als auch an der Küche. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch bietet die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen (Verdon, le Thoronet) und Stadtbesichtigungen (Märkte: Sillans, Cotignac und Lorgues!). Dieses Domizil ist für einen entspannenden Urlaub nur zu empfehlen.

Super indoor - outdoor need some maintenance

We are a family of 6 incl. 4 kids at the age of 11 to 17, stayed at the house for two weeks in July 2017. Following is our pro's and con's when reviewing the house. Pro's * The communication with the owner is very good and without any problems at all * During our stay, we ran out of gas for the barbecue and one of the cisterns didn't work. Both were fixed immediately * Indoor the house is very well decorated with lots of space. Especially the newly reconditioned kitchen and connected the outdoor dining area was great and we enjoyed spending family time there. * Next to the pool area there is a nice shadowed lounge area with relaxing settings, overviewing the pool * All linen and towels you need is available * The house is located on a relatively quiet road and surrounded by high trees that give you 100% privacy. On the other hand that does also mean there are no views from the house, and the pool area can get hot when the trees block for the wind * Nearby, within walking distance, there is a large public pool Con's * Our biggest issue was problems with wasps. Daily there was constantly 50-100 wasps at the pool drinking. The result was we didn't use the pool as much as we would have liked and use to do on other vacations with private pool. We have informed the owner about the problem. * In general, the outdoor area is worn, but especially the area around pool and the pool house needs some maintanaince * Even though the house fits 8 people there are only 4 sunbeds available. * Wifi is of very low quality. It is a slow ADSL line with a very old router that had a few meter range. If you have teenagers that want to be online 24/7 it can end up being an issue.

Feels like home - Everything ready for a relaxing holiday with family or a group of friends

Great about the house: - Many different spaces inside and outside, everyone can find a private spot - Feels very at home, as if staying with friends - very calm an secluded - the wonderful pool + the big community pool nearby The owner responded quickly when there was a problem with wasps, they were removed the next day. Thank you, we will certainly come again, with pleasure!
