"The rooms were nice-spacious and clean. However, the shower didn’t work fully and it took me a good 15 minutes to get any hot water out of it in the morning."

"Great staff allowed us to check in early. Everyone was kind and polite. Breakfast excellent and staff very attentive and lots of fresh food choices. Beautiful view of Thames River and Bridge. Location is excellent with two minute walk to Castle. If flying in to Heathrow I recommend starting your trip here if you plan to visit Windsor Castle. Great small village feel close by and easy walking. Thanks for a great stay!"

"When checking online it reflects free shuttle to airport Was advised at check in that has not existed since COVID Would be a nice touch to bring back or take off search sites if possible Dining room staff were excellent Especially the manager who greeted us at dinner and at breakfast Food was well priced in comparison to London and its area"

"We had dinner in an almost empty dining room. The meals were served up but no one checked on us during the meal. My partner had no cheese in his burger. We mentioned this at when the plates were being cleared and it was mentioned to the chef and manager but no apologies or no compensation. The coffee sachets in the room used the cheapest coffee possible and it tasted awful. We had breakfast, which was okay but nothing special. I admit that they stopped serving at 9.30 and we went down at 9.00 but most of the cooked food looked like it had been there since they started serving and the coffee was very weak."
