"Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning, nor on Expedia. Lack of transparency, poor customer service and clearly not professional. I will also submit a formal complaint i think customers should not experience something like this."

"Very comfortable 2 day stay. Great view of the lake from the room and enjoyed the sun deck. Spa was extensive and clean. Enjoyed a 7km run around the lake. Would recommend "

"Hotel in a really good spot. Pretty much right by the motorway but you can't hear the noise. The access is a bit confusing though. Also quite hard to get in at night – couldn’t get through on the phone they provided, and staff response was slow. Automatic check in would be appreciated. Room was clean, but there was still a smell of dirt. It used to be a B&B hotel and now you can really tell the owner change has made things worse."

"Those who has no smart phones available to them should think twice before booking this property! The whole check in / out process goes via the smart app on your phone. Your SMART PHONE would become you KEY CARD for the room (make sure its charges fully)! Very nice and convenient hotel apart from The minor inconvinience we had with almost dead Smart phone."
