I later got email (day before arrival) from a totally different company that manages the property. The message arrived 3pm and asked that i CALL a phone number between 10 am and 3:30pm that day. "This is the second summer we have stayed at this condo. The owners are great - so accommodating, easy to work with, communication is excellent. The area is really nice!
