All members of staff, including the Receptionists, Breakfast Room and the Bar Staff that we had dealings with were polite and courteous and happy to help.
Facilities were excellent, the bedroom was spacious and very clean and tidy.
Despite the very high temperatures outside, we took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed the Sauna and Steam Room, both of which were invigorating and the cool relaxation area was a lovely quiet space to relax after being in both of the above
The Breakfast room was light and airy and had plenty of varied hot and cold items to choose from including freshly made to order Omelettes, scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages, cold meats and varied cheeses and I observed a seperate section of Glutten Free foods.
My only concern was the grass area adjacent to the pool area was poorly maintained and the sun loungers in that area had an array of bird droppings stuck to the material part."
