"The rooms are incredible and always clean. The value compared to other hotels is amazing! We ALWAYS stay here when visiting Asheville! The Azalea restaurant is delicious and I can't give a higher recommendation to anyone searching for a place to stay in Asheville. Close to the hospital, downtown, Biltmore house... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"Check-in & check-out very fast and efficient. All staff were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. Lobby, room, hallways and rooftop cafe were all spotless. One of the things we like about The Flat Iron as compared with other, nearby hotels is how quiet the rooms are. We'll be back. "

"The room was perfect. Very clean and super comfy beds. Location was ideal for the concert we were in town for as the venue was only a couple of blocks away. The only thing I had a problem with was having to pay for public parking which was $25.00 a night. Parking fees should be discounted or included with your stay."
