"We have stayed here at least 3 times while visiting our daughter at UVM. It's clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. It has a tavern to get a bite to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and sound proof. It's reasonably priced and we love the welcome cookie."

"This property is undergoing major renovations and is like a war zone. There is dust and fumes everywhere. Parking is limited for check in due to construction vehicles taking up spots and the make shift lobby is found by walking through cluttered hallways and temporary signage. None of this was conveyed at time of booking or in the days prior to check in. Luckily we had a wonderful receptionist named Connor who when asked about compensation for the mess & inconvenience, offered to check availability at their partner hotel next door The Hotel Vermont. He worked with Meredith who was able to secure us a comparable room with a price match, which was actually $30 cheaper. The room we got was wonderful, though not full view of Lake Champlain, was a partial view. We loved all the special Vermont touches, including the local mugs used for the free coffee/tea station. Hotel Vermont was a win, sorry Marriott you lose and wouldn’t recommend you."

"This is THE perfect location to visit Burlington. It is central to virtually everything in the downtown area and to Lake Champlain, all within walking-distance. The house is very comfortable and cozy, with a nicely equipped kitchen, space to breathe, fluffy mattresses... all one needs to spend a restful home-away-from-home. We really enjoyed our time there, visiting our children, and greatly appreciated the host's communication with us along with the attention to detail for a wonderful visit."

"We had a wonderful anniversary stay. It was the perfect location to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Onsite parking was very easy and convenient. The space was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our host was great with communication, and access was easy and clear. We will definitely look to stay here again if we are ever in Burlington!"
