"Great breakfast and great stay in general."

"I was here for three days and each day I was less impressed. I ordered a flank steak med rare from the Tavern and received the most well done steak I've ever received. On top of that, the "chef" said that the rest of the cuts left were not up to their liking and advised me to order the NY Strip instead. It's laughable you even designate someone a chef at such a podunk establishment. On top of that, I found used tissues in my tissue dispenser in my room and while I was walking by front desk I overheard the two employees conversing and one of them said, "Why are we entering rooms while they're occupied and without notice?”. I didn’t probe further but this seems like a huge invasion of privacy at an establishment you literally pay them for. The WIFI is absolute garbage whether you pay for it or not and you can't rely on your cell reception because that too is almost non existent inside the building. There were times where I couldn’t receive messages for multiple hours. I've stayed here in the past and it was fine but this stay was absolute bottom of the line for me. Hope you all improve in the future. "

"We stayed here exactly one year ago for our child's admitted student day at UVM and are glad we came back. The renovations they were undergoing at that time resulted in a very comfortable Lobby and restaurant/ bar area. The bartender who served us on Friday night was incredibly friendly and helpful. The valet/parking service was very convenient and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the location in town was super convenient."

"Kristin's place was wonderful. So homey -- clean -- comfy bed -- everything you need to enjoy your stay whether for 1 overnight or a week or more. Easy check-in process -- great parking spot -- 5 minute walk to the heart of Church Street Marketplace. No complaints whatsoever! Thanks Kristin."

"The Hotel was in a convienient location. Just a few minutes to walk to to shops and restaurants. We were quite dissapointed when we found out just a few days before our stay that the hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub and bar were not open. We had to wake up to hammers and banging in the morning. This is something that we should have been notified about up front. They had plastic hanging around the entrance to keep the cold air out of the lobby, and when we went walked out a large chunk of ice fell off and hit me in the head. Not a great stay."

"Errin was so responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. The apartment was lovely, clean, in a great location, and very quiet. The photos don’t do it justice - it’s even cuter in person! I LOVED having a kitchen and a washing machine available. I would 100% stay again."
