Nice 53m² pavilion with terrace, solarium and loggia, all with sea view.
Fully equipped and comfortable.
On the ground floor:
A large living room composed of the living room with a 2-seater sofa / bed, TV + satellite, stereo and the fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge + freezer , coffee machine, toaster ...), and WC.
Upstairs a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a loggia and solarium, both with sea views; another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine opening onto the solarium.

Great Holiday Location

Nice house in a quiet area. Just a short walk to an excellent beach. Shopping is possible in the Centre of St Pierre also in range of a short walk. The house offers a total of 3 terraces and balconies, all with a great view. Two bikes were available for excursions. Wifi and towels were not offered though. All in all a great location for holiday

Wonderful holiday house!

We (family of 5) had a great stay in this nice apartment/house with balcony and terrasses. Nice pool close by and the sea just a few minutes away. We highly recommend it!

Deuxième année de vacances à St Pierre, sous le soleil au bord de la mer, des vacances idéales !Tranquilles, une vue sur mer magnifique, comme un peu suspendus, depuis la terrasse à l'étage, notre villa de cette année était parfaite. Tout y était, je dirais même bien plus que nous n'avions besoin, merci à Nathalie et Christophe pour la confiance qu'ils accordent à leurs hôtes. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'ensemble résidentiel, sa propreté, la discrétion avec les voisins, tout l'espace qui était à notre disposition et la mer à moins de 10 minutes à pied.Merci aussi à la personne qui nous accueillait sur place, même si nous ne l'avons pas vue, toutes ses indications, ses conseils et sa réactivité nous ont permis une arrivée très facile.Je ne saurais que recommander cette location.

Das Haus ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern perfekt! Die Lage und die Anlage mit Pool ist wunderschön! Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles was man benötigt war vorhanden! Die drei Terrassen ermöglichen es an jedem Abend an unterschiedlichen Plätzen den Ausblick zu genießen!

Nous avons passé 15 jours très sympas. Jolie station. Très belle plage. La résidence est très agréable. La maison très sympathique. Quelques remarques. Petite contrariété piscine: L'accès pour homme. Short de bain refusé. Nous avons dû aller acheter les maillots adocs. Ce serait utile que ce soit précisé dans les informations utiles afin d'éviter des achats inutiles. Même si l'absence de wifi est le bienvenu pour les adultes, ce n'est pas le cas pour les plus jeunes. À envisager? Literie: Le matelas du lit double meriterait d'être changé. Enfin vue imprenable sur la plage et la foire qui le soir venu est parfois très bruyante. Mais ça on ne sait rien y faire 😉

Maison au calme / familiale / vue imprenable

La maison est conforme à la description, Elle est idéalement située. Environnement reposant. Et une vue surprenante durant nos repas sur la terrasse et également sur le solarium, aucun vis à vis. Les propriétaires et yoann ont été très réactif lors de nos échanges. Ils sont très généreux et sympathique. Les enfants et nous-mêmes avons passés d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison. calme et tranquillité avec vue sur la mer

Le logement est très clair, très bien équipé et pourvu de 2 balcons avec vue sur mer. La résidence est très calme. Prévoir 1 marche de 15-20 min pour accéder à la plage, un peu plus pour les commerces du front de mer. Nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de prendre le bus pour nous rendre à Narbonne. Une très bonne expérience , partagée par les 4 participants.

Séjour de 2 semaines en août

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cette location. Propreté impeccable, très bien équipée aussi bien en Electro ménager qu’en matériel de cuisine, mobilier de jardin. La plage et le centre ville nécessitent un peu de marche mais c’est le prix à payer pour profiter d’une vue magnifique sur la mer ! C’est vraiment le point fort de la maison ...vue sur la mer dans presque toutes les pièces de la maison, un superbe balcon dans la chambre et un immense solarium pour se délasser en fin de journée ! Les photos sont complètement conformes au bien. La communication avec les propriétaires était très bonne, personnes très réactives. Merci pour la gentille attention à notre arrivée et merci aussi à Anita pour sa flexibilité pour l’arrivée et le départ. Je reviendrais avec un grand plaisir !

Bon séjour

Petite maisonnette agréable et très bien agencée. Petit bémol nous concernant : pas assez d’intimité sur la terrasse. Vraiment dommage que la piscine n’ait pas été ouverte. La station est agréable et très calme pour ceux qui veulent un vrai repos. Un peu trop calme pour une famille avec des ados. La maison est un peu trop éloignée de la plage à notre goût. Heureusement la station a plusieurs grands parkings gratuits à disposition des vacanciers donc aucun problème pour se garer. Merci à Christophe et Nathalie pour leur gentille attention à notre arrivée. Bonne impression générale.
