The spa area is very nice, and the massage and masseuse were incredible. Food and drinks are little bit pricey (specially the nachos, I wouldn’t recommend to order them). We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, and the pool was only heated the first day (Sunday) which was a bit of a disappointment. They said it was heated, but you could tell the difference. Cleanliness was overall good, expect for the fact that we found a pair of dirty socks of previous guests. "

"We had a great one-night stay here. The rooms are smallish but have character. The location is perfect especially if you are arriving by train — very close to the station. Situated on the main and active street in Reims. We had a small balcony and a view down to the Main Street, including looking right at the hotel’s period neon sign, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Reims!"
