"Great room. A deposit was imposed until checkout. Everything else was good. Needed taxi to go to Center."

"We have stayed before twice and we will stay again. We arrive late at night and the instructions provided in advance allow us to access the apartment. The breakfast is ok. The apparent feels new and is clean. For a family for four this is a perfect stop over. "

"Great location and friendly staff. Had a one-BR apartment which was nice with a modern feel. Kitchenette and bathroom were great and air conditioning worked incredibly well. Carpet in the hallway needs a good cleaning. Gym is nice (treadmill and stationary bike) but it needs weights. I had a room in the back (very quiet) but rooms in the front of building were noisy (trams running right in front). Overall, nice for longer stays (stayed 5) and would go back."

"Stayed here many times as gives a reasonably priced option for Basel. Tram stop less than 5 mins walk away which takes you into central Basel in 10 mins. Hotel itself is fabulous. I’ll stay again. "

Kitchen has all necessary items except for a coffee maker even though there are demitasse cups in the cabinet, there is no way to prepare espresso if you did not bring your own maker. "Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box.
