The first room they gave us was dirty. Hair on the pillow, spots on the bed sheets and smelled leak old smoke and cigarettes. Some staff at the front desk was short and rude. Some were good. The restaurant and their staff were great.

The chair was ripped up in our room, we had no blankets in the room, there were clothes left from a previous guest in the dresser drawer and empty cigarette cases and pill bottles in the bedside table. After we informed the staff, a cleaning person assured me they would come up and remove the clothes, but they did not. The woman at the front desk during the day was the only bright spot at this hotel and apologized, but was not able able to get anything remedied. She was wonderful and friendly. The evening desk person finally brought 2 blankets after complaining that she had to go to the 1st floor and bring them to the third floor. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! We were extremely disappointed!!!
