Don't even think about it

Disgusting hallway room small, dirty walls, heat doesnt work half the time it blows cold air. Argumentative staff rude housekeeper. Not professional . There is buckets in hallway to catch leaks and broken ceiling tiles . No maintenance on staff there currently . While yes its a budget hotel and it doesnt represent hotels.com well or the super 8 chain

Super staff

The bed in the room was comfortable, but i cleaned eveything in the bathroom before i used it. No elavator which makes it hard to drag suitcases up 3 floors. Staff is super nice, they deal with a lot because of the location of this place. Will stay here again if i need to only because of the staff as they seem to do the best they can with the resources they have.

Employees falling asleep /Don't waste your money. I never stayed this 14th-17th but Cynthia was nice enough to give me a pass for late checkout since i was going to be back on the 17th-27th, was having a family Christmas at my sisters.

Utterly disappointed!

Our concerns began from the first sight of the hotel. There were cars of people loitering near the hotel entrance. There were multiple fights going on. We were willing to overlook all of this and just go to bed for the night. But, I canceled my reservation as soon as my new bride and I saw the room. The room literally looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. There were no blankets on the bed. My thought is that Hotels.com not soil its reputation by recommending this place on your website! I know that my wife and I will not recommend this Super 8.

Don’t waste your money.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The first room I got toilet leak when u flush, the 2nd one the air conditioner was sitting on the floor, the third one was just a little better. But the receptionist was very nice and making sure we was ok. The halls smells horrible and the room was no better had to bring my own air freshener. I will not b staying at this hotel again and I don’t recommend nobody els either.

Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

Room was dirty, looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in many weeks. No sheets on the beds. Toilet was clogged, had to fix it myself. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Horrible conditions

This location is like a slum hotel where all illegal activities occur and should be shut down. For unknown reasons I did not receive a key to my room and encouraged to prop the door open when leaving the room. It was unclean. I was provided with dingy towels, and all the knobs were missing to control the air/heat. Do not waste your time money or energy on this dump.

Dirty room poor service

The room was filthy. I had to wipe down the bathroom and everything myself after i checked in. I asked if housekeeping could vacuum and mop the bathroom the next day and was gone all day and and returned at 3pm and nothing was done in the room. Manager was unhelpful.

I booked a room online and the first thing I will say is the pictures are from another location. Pulling up to the actual location I knew immediately I made a mistake. I go inside to check in and was told they don’t have any available rooms which is insane since I pre-booked online. They “find a room” and my wife and I proceed to go in and use the bathroom because there is no way I’m leaving any of my personal belongings there when I’m not. The hallway to the room smells like wet laundry that’s been sitting in the washer for who knows how long. The room reeks of cigarette smoke although the room is NON-smoking. They switch us to another room which isn’t any better. The pillows have hair rolled in boogers, the chair has mildew stains, the side of the bed has some kind of something along the side, and the refrigerator has dirt and a plastic bag inside. I have never experienced a place like that in my life.

4th of July weekend disaster

Worst experience ever. Just like cheap hotels in Asia. Bathtub dirty...carpet was so filthy that my son had black feet. On bed was too soft and the other too hard. Check in lady was nice, but she gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, then gave us a key card that didn’t work! The air conditioner didn’t keep us cool at all. I sweat both nights.

They dont seem to care for their customers at all.I had booked the hotel 15 daya prior to my arrival and confirmed 2 days before.When we got there the front desk was not helpful at all and said there was no reservation under my name and that thay did not have any rooms available.Worst experience ever.Will never book another Super8.

the first room they gave me had not been cleaned. Pizza boxes, bed unmade, TV still on. Son-in-law went to the front desk and they changed my room. the room was fairly clean and the furniture was all stained up in nasty looking. My daughter's room was disgusting even though it was supposed to been cleaned. ended up going to another hotel that was definitely improved. we will never use that hotel again to stay in when we are in Flint

Great location. I rented 2 rooms. The bedrooms were mostly clean, except for the restrooms...the cleaning person is obviously not cleaning behind the restroom doors! The flush in one of the restrooms had to be reset every flush, which was annoying. The carpet in the hallways needs to be changed, it is dirty and smelly. Can be a great place if attention is paid to these details. But for the price and for a one nighter it is worth it.

Take my warning and don’t stay

We had to clean our own bathroom. They gave me a rag disinfectant spray to clean stained bathtub. I went to the store and bought bathroom cleaner Magica racers and Lysol spray Ajax to clean the bathroom I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. They were all very rude

The whole building needs an upgrade. The hotel needs to new rugs, painting of wall in hallway as well as in the rooms, bathroom need to be update with new tub, sink and tiles. All we could smell was smoke both in hallway and in our room. In our room the 1 light did not work, and the microwave was broken.
