"Breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and choices. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is fairly new with nice beds and modern bathrooms. It is a short walk to Victoria Station and a walkable distance to Westminster Abbey. We found several nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. "

"D the fact that the hotel is in the middle of the Strand section. Walk to South Center Banks , the Ferry’s Wheel and the subway stations. Safe and convenient area."

"Everything was great. The receptionist did a great job accommodating us . He gave us a baby crib and made it super easy and comfortable stay. From this location you can walk to the big ban and everything else around there. Great location."

"Immediately walking in we were greeted with low lighting, calm atmosphere and friendly staff. We were a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children staying for just one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The area around the hotel is so crowded and loud but you feel like you are on a different planet once inside. We had a cocoon 8 room with 2 double bunks. The beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and the bathroom was top notch!! Once we all came in for the night and turned off the lights the room was dark and we were able to get the best sleep we have had in a week!! If we come back to London we will be staying here again!!!"
