"Great location. Hotel is very dated, needs more plug sockets if nothing else but like going back in time. Very clean. Service not great in any part though."

"The location of the hotel was convenient, very close to the Tower of London and boroughs market. The staff was helpful. My only complaints were the heating in our room was a portable oil filled heater and the bathroom fan did not work. We had an executive room and this was barely tolerable for the price."

While there was no air conditioning, the ability to open the windows allowed for fresh air and helped keep the room comfortable."
