This hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. We visited from another country and they made us feel at home. Breakfast had many options. The shower in the bathroom was lovely. I would recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location and amenities were excellent — it’s within easy reach of many of London’s major landmarks, while still being situated in a lovely, quiet location. The reception area and spa were beautiful, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Our family room was also a fantastic size, especially for a London hotel, giving us plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

I was there for 2 nights with my best friend for an early birthday meet up. We needed a pied a terre, for the weekend. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and as good as expected. The a/c worked when it was required. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel on this occasion but maybe next time.
