Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing. We found the triple room with three singles particularly convenient for three friends traveling together. Two great restaurants right across the driveway. Close to busses and transportation. Fabulous neighborhood.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean and there was everything there that we required. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. Location was good, we got busses most places from bus stops outside the hotel in either way. I would stay here again as we had a pleasant stay.

Good hotel in central London near multiple transit options, can definitely recommend for friend groups as there were rooms with 3-4 beds. It got loud at night next to a busy street and no AC was difficult in the summer weather, but I'd definitely stay here in the colder months. Check-in and out were a breeze. Convenience store right outside was also great for quick pickups in the mornings and evenings.

Basic accommodations. The hotel does not have AC but they do not advertise they do so it was honest. Massive in scale around a 1,100 rooms if I recall correctly. Smaller rooms, parking and access was great and they had lots of staff to accommodate and assist. They really surpassed expectations there. Luggage accommodation precheck in. Just rooms outdated and no ability to get ice without the staff having to fill a plastic cup for you.
