"The check in process was made easier due to clear instructions for an unfamiliar keypad system. The house was immaculately clean and any niggles attended to promptly by Jen. It is very convenient with most rooms en suite. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were well ranged and of a good quality. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was really nice. The whole place was very clean. Michelle was easy to work with and very responsive to messages. We loved the outdoor rooftop areas for sitting at night. The location is great and the views of the architecture of the library were gorgeous. The location is right downtown close to tons of food options and easy to use transit systems. We had great fish and chips just around the corner. Would definitely stay again!!"

"The place was cold - no heating had been put on in anticipation of our arrival. No instructions on how to control the heating - we finally found the control unit hidden on the top of a cupboard in the kitchen. Kitchen sink had a big crack in it. Shoddy décor throughout. Bed in main bedroom: let's just say the springs and mattress have seen better days. The bathroom floor is collapsing because (I assume) water from the shower. Didn't dare actually use the shower but the shower head looked...

"Lovely setting. Pleasant room with plenty of hanging space in the built-in wardrobe which had full mirror doors. Would have liked a second comfy chair as we don't like sitting in bed. The mattress was a bit too hard for me, but most are as I have a problem hip (as many older people do). The bathroom was clean apart from one minor detail. Dispensers well positioned, though I didn't them use as I didn't like the smell of the argan oil range products, The main drawback, though, was the long walk along two corridors to reach our room, 165, so I had to use my walker. Usually I can manage with a stick. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of food and was only let down by the poached and fried eggs, which looked unappetising. Staff very helpful and attentive."

"I've frequented the hotel on numerous occasions and I really enjoy each visit as it's location makes for access around Manchester an easy task. The rooms are kept to a very impeccable standard and every member of staff on site have been exceptionally helpful and friendly whenever I have required their assistance. This was not the first time I have visited and I can assure it will not be the last. Definitely worth five stars."

"Highly recommended Staff go above and beyond.Rooms spacious comfortable and clean with the option of a pitch view with balcony-greatly appreciated although there is air con as well Breakfast is only £12 if booked night before.One of the cheapest I’ve found and it was a top quality serve yourself with option of eggs of choice to order .Perfect location with tram stop nearby"

"Friendly staff, spacious and well equipped rooms, food was of a good standard. My only bug bear were the lifts, there was only one working servicing eight floors so was a nightmare in the mornings. I spoke to other colleagues and this had been a problem all year. Other than that though everyone was excellent."
