Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. We were quick in and out and really just needed comfortable beds, a cool room, showers and breakfast. All of these were wonderful. It’s in a cute neighborhood close to the river promenade/bikepath. Great dining within walking distance. Excellent beds, room temp, and stylish amenities. Loved the design. It being Mainz, birthplace of printing press the hotel decor references that in multiple subtle and stylish ways. Very cool hotel.

Excellent overall quality in a very reasonably priced hotel.

Amazing quality offered at a very affordable price. The service shuttle to/from airport is extremely helpful. Also, the communication via email with information from the hotel prior to our arrival was very detailed and helpful on how to locate the shuttle bust stop at the airport. The restaurant had good food and friendly staff. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

This is the best Hyatt that we've stayed at, both in terms of room quality and facilities (incl an excellent restaurant).

The staff was very helpful, despite the fact that my German language skills basically suck. Thank god this isn't the case with their English.

Stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. Nice and clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast. No complaints about this property at all.

Helpful friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was fresh and plentiful. The location surrounded by green space is wonderful. Rooms and balconies a little on the small side.
