"At first arrival,we noticed only a small amount of handicapped parking spots, in which there was spaces up next to them with cones blocking them. Then when entering the building there were signs saying they were renovating the rooms. The lobby area was nice and greeted by the friendly staff. The room was clean, with a wonderful view of the gulf, there was a microwave ,small refrigerator and a coffee maker. There was 2 bottles of water by the ice bucket, but only to read the note on the bottles,they were free for exclusive Hilton members, I’m a Hilton member but not elite, so what water would you drink or even make coffee, it might sound cheap, but I went down the street and bought a case of water for 4$, we like to drink water and I wouldn’t recommend the tap water. We later found out that those spots were being kept for the work trucks bringing items in and out of the hotel"

"We did not eat breakfast at the location because it was not complimentary. We were disappointed that they didn't even offer complimentary coffee."

"The view was amazing! We reserved an angle room and upon arrival when I confirmed the view I was told they didn't have "angle view" noted on my reservation. Fortunately, I pulled up my Expedia app and showed the very kind and professional front desk person my confirmation. She was able to give us a beautiful angle view room on the sixth floor. It was GORGEOUS!"

"The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Unfortunately, the weather was not fully cooperative. Service on beach for chairs and umbrella was great. Name was Chris. We hope to have a return trip."

"Love Phoenix on the Bay! The lazy river is the main reason I stay and it is the best...and this time we had a treat enjoying the company of a Blue Heron! This unit was very nice and clean. My questions were answered very quickly. It was close to the parking area. Everything was in working order. No complaints. Enjoyed it!"

"Nice location, easy to get in and out of. Right on the beach and you can see the fishing boats come in and out in the mornings and afternoon.Would recommend and would stay there again."
